Phase 01 · The Status Quo
The problem: manual work that keeps repeating
Business owners and service professionals spend hours each week on repetitive contact follow-ups. After a meeting, paper business cards end up crumpled in a jacket pocket, buried on a desk, or spinning in the wash. Phone numbers and email addresses get typed out manually, typos included.
At the same time, satisfied customers at the salon, restaurant counter, or workshop eagerly promise to “definitely leave a 5-star review when I get home.” Once home, daily life takes over. Without an immediate, frictionless action on the spot, the vast majority of those genuine intentions vanish into thin air.
The bottleneck: Friction for the recipient. Nobody wants to download an unfamiliar app on the spot, struggle with a QR code in dim lighting, or manually search for a business name in a browser.
Phase 02 · The Physical Carrier
The card: tactile hardware with NTAG precision
The solution does not start in an app store, but in the physical world. We design and craft carriers that match the quality standard of your business: matte black etched acrylic, solid Dutch oak or bamboo, or anodized metal.
Inside the carrier lies an industrial NTAG213 or NTAG215 chip, laminated in accordance with the global ISO 14443-A standard. The internal copper coil is precisely tuned to the 13.56 MHz NFC antenna found in modern smartphones. One gentle tap is all it takes to establish the connection.
For mounting on metal surfaces — such as a stainless steel espresso machine, an aluminum POS counter, or a steel workbench — we equip the carriers with a ferrite shielding layer to keep the magnetic field completely intact.
No battery required: The chip harvests its own micro-current from the smartphone’s high-frequency field via magnetic induction. The carrier contains zero moving parts and lasts for decades without wear and tear.
The Proof · The Physical Tap
The tap in action: experience the proof firsthand
No theoretical promises or buzzwords: test firsthand what a customer or contact experiences. Drag the card to the top of the phone, or simply press the Tap button.
Phase 03 · The Web Environment
The page behind it: Cloudflare edge within milliseconds
The moment the tap happens, the native browser (Safari on iOS, Chrome on Android) immediately opens the mobile destination page. This is where we break away from sluggish SaaS portals and generic link tools: zero tracking cookies, zero ad pixels, and no disruptive cookie banners stopping your customer.
Hosted on Cloudflare’s global edge network, the serverless backend serves content in under 25 milliseconds. The page instantly showcases your business identity or redirects without extra steps straight to the official Google Review dialog.
Dynamic software: Does a team member change roles or does your business relocate? The physical card NEVER has to be reprinted; we update the link instantly in the cloud.
Phase 04 · The Outcome
What the owner sees: reviews and follow-ups without a second thought
Instead of hoping for reviews or chasing contacts by phone, business owners see immediate, tangible results. The review tag sits securely on the counter, bar, or styling station. Customers tap when paying or waiting, right at the peak of satisfaction.
With personal business cards, contacts download the complete vCard 3.0 file with one tap straight into their smartphone address book (name, phone number, email, directions, website). No mistyped numbers, no lost cards, saved accurately on the spot.
Honest numbers: We do not promise fictional “300% revenue increases.” What we do prove is that the hurdle between a happy customer and a submitted review shrinks to under two seconds.
